She can be retained under a provision of legal services contract employing her to represent clients, in accordance with the trade and industry provisions of the solicitors regulation authority (SRA).
Fees can be agreed at an hourly rate, on a fixed fee basis or under an annual retainer, depending on various considerations including the complexity, seriousness, importance, urgency, and value of each matter.
Special Priority
Extended working hours and extra availability may be possible at weekends where requested or where urgent work is required to be prioritized over others. Special work rates apply in such circumstances.
