Public relations are fundamentally about establishing and maintaining an agreeable image, public perception, & effective communication.
Often this involves evolving with the times. Listening to prevailing public opinion, adapting accordingly and yet at the same time continuing to reflect overriding core values, principles and beliefs.
This is not always easy and can be a delicate balance. However failure to adapt, engage in honest communication and listen to others can lead to extinction. As such, this year, 2020 become a great historical one as the World demands fundament social and racial change, all whilst in the middle of a global pandemic, in the year of a US presidential election. We are living through a brave new world on so many levels.
